Is there an alternative if you don't have a band?
Certainly add a few more reps without the band. Ankle weights work too and you can make your own by putting coins in a sock:)

These don't look at all like exercises that can be done in Bed!!
They all start seated which you can do right on the edge of your bed:) the standing ones are after you have loosened up in bed.
